As an accounting associate, Danielle assists with CFJ’s day-to-day financial operations. She’s previously worked and volunteered at other nonprofits but most recently worked at a startup. Her passion for racial justice in education comes from her studies as an undergraduate; she majored in psychology and minored in sociology with an emphasis on restorative justice. One of her primary focuses of research was how wraparound programs can reduce achievement gaps in public schools with high levels of socioeconomic inequality.
In her spare time, she likes to play softball, have boardgame nights with friends, and play with her cat, Spaceman Spiff: Interplanetary Explorer Extraordinaire (aka Spiff).”
