LCFF Engagement Toolkit

The 2013-2014 school year was a historic turning point for students across California. The passage of the Local Control Funding Formula (LCFF) created a more equitable and flexible funding system that directed greater resources to low-income, English learners, and foster care students. Yet as implementation began, it was clear that the missing link in ensuring the Local Control Funding Formula would be successful was students.
