It has been an eventful start to 2023 at Californians For Justice as welcomed our new Co-Executive Directors, Yasmine “Yasi” Safinya-Davies and Mauro Sifuentes, to our staff and leadership team! To those who have been a part of our movement as we grow and go through transitions through the years, we want to share our excitement for this succession in leadership with you.
As our new Co-Executive Directors are settling well into their roles, they also made time to share their personal introductions along with an encouraging message of what they look forward to in our future at CFJ.
With such passionate and driven leaders on our team, we’re ready to take on a year of building power with our youth and pushing for reparations and transformation in our California schools.
